In General ours rules are as follows:
Players personal data will be used for the following purposes:
- To contact players with relation to league related cancelations, changes, news and events. [This will be no more than 6 times a year]
- As a register of players for insurance purposes.
- To ensure that we can track players for disciplinary and league rule purposes.
- As a requirement for the Minifootball Association for affiliated leagues.
- To ensure that players are all 18 years and older.
[It should be noted that the 2 team captains will get ALL league notices and bulletins, which we will keep to a minimum, but will be generally issued on a weekly basis.]
Our legal basis for the collection of the data is for the management and fair delivery of our leagues, tournaments and events.
We will NOT issue any player, or captain data to ANY third parties without their full written consent.
By consenting to this privacy notice you are giving us permission to process your personal data specifically for the purposes identified.
Consent is required for inter7s.com/Give N Go Ltd to process both types of personal data, but it will be explicitly given. Where we are asking you for sensitive personal data we will always tell you why and how this information will be used.
We use WorldPay merchant services and PayPal for secure payments. WorldPay and PayPals payment solutions are trusted and used by thousands of businesses, big and small, in nearly all parts of the world. WorldPay and PayPal are secure and easy-to-use.
In accordance with EU requirements, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of the purchase contract or seven days of receipt of the goods where physical goods are required (whichever is the longer).
This does not include delayed or late payments to the leagues or tournaments where you have already commenced OR played in the league or tournament. League and tournament services are deemed to have commenced 7 days before your first match OR the date where your team details are added to the system for that particular event, (whichever is the longer).
All league and tournament deposits are non-refundable, and can be refunded only at the discretion of Socia Sports CLG.
If the you cancel your registration or order, and are due a refund, you will have your payment refunded, less any transaction costs or services already utilised. In order to do this, email us at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org with your purchase details, or receipt number, and reason for doing so. Your refund will be issued back through Worldpay or Paypal within 7 days. Where physical goods are involved, these must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and intact, in order for a refund to be entertained or processed.
When you select an item for purchase you are taken to a section whereby you register your details and then select shipping information. You are then required to checkout of the cart and the payment gateways established are for PayPal and Worldpay. Depending on your choice of payment you taken to the relevant processor in secure environment whereby you can complete the payment process.
We generally hand deliver all our shop orders to club members on site.
Where we use An Post for gift vouchers and packages. We charge €5.00 up to 2kg post and packing to cover standard shipping in Ireland, with €4 per kg cost after that. It is normally delivered within 2 or 3 business days.
Normally Gift Vouchers will be sent out digitally on the day of or day after ordering. We don't charge post and packing for Gift Vouchers. An Post typically delivers on the next working day.
Delivery to the UK takes 3 – 4 days. Delivery to the rest of Europe is 5 to 6 days, and charged at 25% more.
We are not responsible for any liability should your order not arrive in the expected time frame.
All prices are shown in Euro and are inclusive of VAT, if applicable.
We will accept returns only with on purchases with a returns reference and products which are damaged. We will replace the goods or provide a refund. The purchaser must take responsibility for costs of returning the goods. Post and Packing charges will not be refunded.
